Ann-Marie Murrell

Ann-Marie Murrell has spent decades working with words, stories, and authors—as a writer, editor, journalist, and book developer. Her work has included traditionally published books, independently published titles, children’s books, memoirs, personal and family projects, and books created simply to preserve a story worth keeping.

As an author, Ann-Marie understands how personal a book can be. Her own work includes Walking Each Other Home: A Caregiver’s Journey of Grace, inspired by the years she spent caring for her parents with Alzheimer’s. Her background also includes journalism, television and radio appearances, and interviewing authors, actors, filmmakers, and other public figures.

Today, she works one-on-one with authors through every stage of creating a book—from shaping and editing a manuscript to book development, art direction, design, and preparing the finished project for publication. Whether a book is meant for thousands of readers or just one family, she believes every story deserves to be handled with care.
